Same woman. Same dress. New world.

One good image can be luck. The same woman twice takes a system: the trained model owns who she is, and your prompts own what she wears and what she does. The outfit gets locked in a plain studio, then goes wherever you send her.

One character. Every place.

What you'll walk away with

A trained character

An original woman, cast from your own candidates, who has passed a five-shot stress test before you make anything you care about.

A canon file

One file that holds every rule about her, from hair and wardrobe to recurring sets, plus a dated lesson from every bad render.

A six-shot photoshoot

Two outfits, three locations and three kinds of light, tested by showing it to someone who has never seen the project.

Tools inside the lessons

You won't be staring at a blank prompt box. You work on your own character as you go, with an invented example, Elise, showing what a finished answer looks like.

Face and body generators

Choose features from dropdowns, shuffle new candidates and copy the prompt as it updates.

Outfit generator and prompt builder

Build a look for the occasion, then send it through to your master base, angle views, Outfit Lock, background and hero shot prompts.

Drills and checklists

Sort what belongs in a prompt, diagnose bad renders, and use 26 checks to know when you're ready to move on.

Modules 1 to 4

Start before the first prompt

Decide who she is, cast her like a real model, and test her before you build on her.

  1. Module 1 · 45 minutes

    Write the brief

Create one page that lets you say no to the wrong face and the wrong outfit.

  2. Module 2 · 3 hours

    Cast the face and body

Narrow 30 to 50 faces down to one, check every angle, then build a matching body set.

  3. Module 3 · 1 hour + training

    Train the identity

Train her as a named character, then run the five-shot stress test.

  4. Module 4 · 1 hour

    Write the canon

Put every rule in one file, and separate what the model owns from what your prompts direct.

Modules 5 to 8

Then dress her and send her out

Lock the wardrobe, build the world, catch what drifts and finish with a full photoshoot.

  1. Module 5 · 1.5 hours per look

    Lock the wardrobe

Choose an outfit, then make a master image and matching angle views to use as references.

  2. Module 6 · 3 hours + renders

    Put her in the world

Make backgrounds separately, then combine them with her base into shots where outfit, set and light all hold.

  3. Module 7 · 1 hour

    Catch and fix drift

Review at full size, diagnose what changed, and keep a manifest of what you kept and rejected.

  4. Module 8 · 3 hours + renders

    Capstone and publishing

Produce and score your six-shot set, run the blind test, and prepare to post with clear AI labels.
